The benefit of embedding one of our consultants into your own operational or management teams is that you always have the information you need available to you from an independent and qualified individual.

If you need to sanity check a project or process, we can be there for you, if you need a technical individual to sit in on a meeting between your company and a supplier, to provide you with a non technical explanation of a complex problem, or a simple unbiased opinion we are able to help.

If you need a quick answer to a general IT question we are available for you to ask. We can answer questions ranging to the merits of one software application over another (where we will do a little research and identify pricing from a number of sources) through to questions about archival storage processes. This service is a cheap and effective way of getting good advice on a question by question basis.

We can provide technical support for your business whether you are using IT Solutions / products supplied by us or not.

Our own products come with a minimum of 3 months support, and optionally can be provided with support up to the lifetime of the project with extensions as necessary. Additionally we can extend the life of some of your legacy systems by providing the expertise to keep them running smoothly and efficiently

We are available to anyone for simple and direct technology advice and general consultancy. If you have a query regarding a project that your business is embarking on, or indeed a project in progress, we can provide an impartial channel of information and advice. We can help you by getting quotes for services or hardware on your behalf, and also by sanity checking proposals.

We are also able to provide consultants that operate within your organisation to provide ongoing support and advice in specific areas.

In certain circumstances and where it is appropriate we may also be able to help you find resolutions to technology related disputes with your suppliers.
